It makes it so much easier particularly when you're looking to have a client sign a contract, you can just turn the laptop around and have them use the touchscreen. You can even use it to have people digitally sign in at open houses.
A great mid-tier option, this is a reliable workhorse if you're looking to do more performance-consuming work. Especially if you're looking to get more savvy at marketing your realty listings, whether that's via video editing or virtual staging, the Surface Pro will be able to handle it.
Macbook Pro M2
If you're okay with the price point, the MacBook Pro M2 is probably the greatest laptop on the market in terms of durability and speed. I still have a decade-old Mac that runs as well as most 2-3 year old PCs, so there may be cost savings in the long-run through the Mac. Obviously it doesn't have the Surface's touch screen, but if you're looking for a premium laptop that will let you multitask powerful programs with ease, the Mac is your best bet.
Lenovo IdeaPad 3
Coming equipped with a touchscreen as well, similar to the Surface Pro, the IdeaPad 3 is excellent for open houses, contracts and virtual tours. It may be a hair slower than the Surface, with a mediocre 8GB of RAM, but it's still relatively cheap for how large the storage is (256GB) and for its beautiful HD display. This is likely the best value for your money if you're looking for something under $500.
